At Titan World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Ensure your products are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Titan World account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original box along with the packing slip and ensure all original designer tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
